Advice and organisation

We are delighted that you are planning a group stay with us in Arosa.

In addition to fantastic rooms, we promise you one thing above all else: our passion for turning your request into an unforgettable event. We will assist you with the organisation from the very first contact, through to the perfect implementation and conclusion of the event. Beyond the event itself, we can organise hotel accommodation, a supporting programme and culinary highlights.

At Arosa MICE, we can organise your event from A to Z with our all-inclusive package. This means you only have one contact person and do not have to get in touch with all the service providers. At the end, you will receive a total invoice from us. We charge 10% of the total amount (minimum amount: CHF 150.00) for booking additional services outside our own premises. (10% not on premises but everything else)

If you would like to take care of the booking and coordination of your event yourself, we will be happy to provide you with the various contacts of the service providers and are available to answer any further questions you may have.

If you would like us to take care of the organisation for you, we will be happy to check availability as a first step and then provide you with a detailed quote.
