Your questions, our answers – everything you need to know for your MICE experience in Arosa

Conferences, Incentives & Events

From cocktail receptions to gala dinners – we work with experienced local partners who offer individual culinary concepts. Special requests (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, allergen-free) can also be accommodated without any problems. Just let us know what you have in mind!

Simple beverage packages (up to 50 people):
- Water package (Arosa spring water in carafes in the room): CHF 7.00 per day / CHF 5.00 per half day
- Beverage package (plus self-service coffee & tea): CHF 15.00 per day / CHF 12.00 per half day

Our event hall and other conference rooms are equipped with modern event technology, including sound, lighting, projectors, Wi-Fi and more. Further information can be found under the individual rooms. Do you have any special requirements? We will be happy to ask our technology partners to provide you with a customised quote. We can also provide technical staff on request.

Arosa offers many weather-independent alternatives – from indoor locations such as the indoor ice rink to exciting supporting programmes in museums, hotels or wellness areas. We will be happy to advise you individually.

For example, snowshoeing, scooter rides, evenings in mountain huts or team-building workshops – we are happy to help you choose and organise your activities. You can find an overview of lots of great group activities here.

Yes, there are several public car parks and parking spaces in Arosa. The Ochsenbühl car park is located right next to the sports and congress centre.

Yes, Arosa offers a wide range of hotels in various categories – many of which are within walking distance. You can find an overview of all hotels directly on our website.

Our venues can be customised to suit your needs – whether for workshops, exhibitions or evening events. The indoor ice rink can be covered with floor panels and used as an event hall.

General

Arosa is easily accessible by train via Chur – the journey on the Rhaetian Railway is an experience in itself. For groups, we are happy to assist you with organising transfers or luggage transport. Further information on how to get here can be found here.
